• Conduct: Contractors must respond to lead inquiries professionally and must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent practices.

We may suspend or remove contractor listings that receive repeated complaints, provide inaccurate information, or violate these Terms.

5. Lead Generation

Our lead generation service connects homeowners with contractors. Please understand the following:

• When you submit a lead request, your contact information and project details are shared with the relevant contractor(s).
• We do not guarantee that any contractor will respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, or perform work.
• PressureWashPro is not a party to any agreement between homeowners and contractors. Any hiring decisions, contracts, and payment arrangements are solely between you and the contractor.
• We encourage homeowners to verify a contractor's credentials, insurance, and references before hiring.

6. Calculator Estimates

Our cost calculator provides approximate estimates for informational purposes only. Important disclaimers:

• Not a Quote: Calculator results are estimates based on industry averages and regional data. They are not binding quotes from any contractor.
• Approximate Values: Actual costs may vary significantly based on factors not captured by the calculator, including specific site conditions, accessibility, seasonal demand, and individual contractor pricing.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any estimate provided by the calculator.
